Kids Room:

                      Racks are a most needed one. When children's step in to next level in to their age, need some things in their rooms. like as racks used to stored book, balls dresses etc. children's stored their spots things. Racks should in wooden in more colors.

Children's furniture:
                       Children room furniture, chairs drawers, computer table, sofas etc. children furniture make sure with pile of complications. Size, style and materials and colors. Kids sofa's and chairs with toy storage, making the chair super sturdy.

Baby's first solid experience.stage 1 baby like 6 to 8 months
"Baby" cereal and soft cooked thinly pureed fruits and veggies should be first solid food.you may skip the cereal and begin with a fruit like avocado or begin with veggie like butternut squash or sweet potato.

There is a growing trends of parents skipped "stage 1" foods that are thin and runny purees.Many parents are introduced solid foods.at first stage baby are interested in this feeding approach. 
Homemade recipes for stage 1 baby's
stage 1 homemade baby food recipes are cereal,fruits & veggies.cereals such as
  • Rice cereal
  • Oatmeal cereal
  • Barley cereal
Many pediatric resources are acknowledging the face that avocado,  banana and sweet potato make great first food for stage 1 baby.
Feeding foods for baby.
  • Start slowly,preparing a tablespoon for feeding.some parents begin offering using their fingers as a spoon.this not a proper way for feeding.but will probably only manage to have baby eat 1/2 of the tablespoon sized portion the very first time you begin solids.

  1. 1st one is family choice's,we can make wide variety of healthful foods available in the house.
  2. Encourage your children eating slowly.Children may try to eat faster to leave table soon as possible.They then may to associated with stress.
  3. Eat meals together  as family as often as possible.try to make make meal time pleasant with conversation  and sharing,not a time for scolding or arguing.
  4. Try to involve your children in food shopping and preparing meals.These activity will give you hinds about your children's food preferences.
  5. Continuous snacking may lead to overeating, but snacks that are planned at specific time during the day can be part of nutritious diet.You should make snack as nutritious possible.
  6. Discourage  eating snacks are meals while watching TV. Eating in front of TV may make it difficult to pay attention to feelings of fullness,and may lead to overeating.try to make designated area in ur home such as,dining  room or kitchen
  7. Encourage your children make choose water.the sweetened drinks and sodas has been linked to increased rates of obesity in children.
  8. Withholding food as a punishment may lead children to worry that they will not get enough food.
  9. Make sure your children's meals outside the home are balanced.Find out more about their school lunch program,or pack their lunch to include a variety of food,Also,select healthier item when during at restaurants.
